Parking on pavement outside Garage, 7th December
The pavement is very up and down and unsafe for the elderly and small children. But that’s only when you can walk on it. 9 times out of 10 the garage that sells second hand vehicles parks its cars on the kerb all along there. Which makes it unsafe for pedestrians and road users.

Report on FixMyStreet
I have not travelled this road for years. Road layout is now far worse. Overhead Lane gantry indicators don't really line up with lanes. One advance warning sign state Redhill / Gatwick. Next one Gatwick / gatwick (from memory) then you find you ae tricked into the redhill lane for Gatwick which is really the gatwick lane anyway! Then coming back from the South Terminal drop off point heading back for M23 for London and Dartford the Blue motorway direction sign is almost completely obscured by small tree branches and shrubbery).), 18th June
As above in summary. According to this site this is not the first time this has been reported. I saw some mention of the shrubbery being tackled in January. Word to the wise shrubbery grows in the summer, surely for what is such an important part of National Infrastructure - this part of the road network ought to be better maintained. As for gantry signage alignment not sure what is going on. Perhaps signs have not been realigned since hard-shoulder was played around with.
