You'll find this one just after the Queens Regiment Memorial Garden going downhill this time - at the side of the road but often full of water and thus invisible to the poor souls whose wheels and suspension are being broken by it

Missing circa 3m section of kerb stone, 22nd June
There are 3 missing kerbstones on the B2126 northbound carriageway. The remaining kerbstone is a dangerous protrusion which has already caused nearly £600 of damage to my car (and according to residents of the nearby Hopedene Farm, damage to 4 or 5 other vehicles in recent months).
The council are evidently aware of the problem as there is evidence that someone has sprayed red paint to mark the area, though these small, faint marks are not visible when you are behind the wheel concentrating on the road ahead.

Potholes at bottom of hill., 7th September
These potholes and loose gravel have been there for far too long. Very dangerous, particularly for cyclists. My son came off his bike last week as he skidded on the loose gravel when trying to avoid the potholes. Recent cosmetic work has not resolved the issue.
