Tree down blocking south bound carriageway. Narrow way through Northbound, so dark can't be seen. I drove straight into it when blinded by oncoming traffic, not hurt.

Litter in ditches and hedgerow, 19th May
Both sides of Partridge Lane between junction of Burnt Oak Lane and bridleway opposite Cudworth Cottage.
Reported to you on 26.04.21, doesn’t look as though you’ve done any litter collecting as I’ve walked along here today and can see at least 10 pieces of obvious litter still scattered in the hedgerow and the ditches, on both sides of the road.
Have you attended and what did you actually pick up since I notified you on 26.94.21? As it looks a real mess to road users and walkers!

Broken glass dumped by stile, 19th May
On 26.04.21, i reported to you the following... As you cross over Partridge Lane from Burnt Oak Lane and walk a metre from the road towards the style, there has been panes of greenhouse glass dumped just to the right hand side. Obviously a danger to young children and dogs. We’ve picked up one builders rubble bag full ourselves, but then realised there are sheets of it broken up underneath the top layer. It needs a good rake and a shovel to clear it fully. And a good few bags to put it in!
Today, 19.05.21, the problem hasn’t been rectified, if anything it is now worse, as there are splinters and sections of the glass from the original place splattered right onto the verge of the road in between the weeds. If you are a dog walker, you can expect a hefty Vet bill as clearly an animal is going to cut its paws on this.
The original report was for an amount of broken glass, and this doesn’t seem to have reduced st all, but the glass is now travelling further to the road.

Litter strewn across and in the ditches on both sides of Partridge Lane., 26th April
There is litter in both ditches on Partridge Lane and bottles and cans and takeaway rubbish strewn amongst the shrubbery adjacent to the ditches, on Partridge Lane, but particularly from the stile (oppo Burnt Oak Lane) heading South, to the next Bridlewau opposite Cudworth Cottage. I’ve been out collecting obvious rubbish adjacent to the road and collected a bag full, but I cannot reach into the ditch nor across it. Some rubbish has clearly been there for weeks and it’s a real eyesore. .it is on both sides of the road and in the ditches. Some of it only visible to walkers wishing to admire the countryside, not stressing about litter!

Drain cover is on a bend in the road and right in the line of where you drive, so if breaks more an accident will happen. Lots of HGV tipper lorrys use the road so it's going to break soon. Noticed it yesterday afternoon.

AWFUL state of disrepair, 12th February
Charlwood Lane, between Russ Hill Hotel and the junction of Partridge Lane, (leading towards Rusper). Approximate postcode: RH5 5BS.
This road is in an AWFUL state of disrepair. There are potholes and severe surface damage across the width of the road, which continues for an extended distance. Since I started using the road more regularly in August 2012, I have seen it deteriorate significantly. I consider very dangerous as it not only damages vehicles, causing significant wear and tear, it also forces vehicles to the other side of the road to avoid sinking down the holes. Minor bridge repairs seem to have been made and yet the road remains ignored. It looked like a small portion of the curb of the bridge was repaired; a job which pales in importance when compared with the hideous state of the road.
