This piece of road used to be normal until some sort of construction work on the left going towards Ardingly. For many weeks a lot of water has been running down the road with no sign of anyone caring. Now there are at least 2 damaging potholes which have developed and they are full of water. There was quite a bang when my wheel hit one of them I did not know was there. This needs urgent attention and repair of the potholes and running water stopped.

Metal manhole cover sitting high in pothole near the stream/river, 30th November
On the road between Haywards Heath and Ardingly, leading to College Road, a metal manhole cover is exposed and sticking up high where the surrounding tarmac has worn away. It is on the carriageway heading towards Haywards Heath. It is hidden when wet by puddles so dangerous as I found out yesterday.

Round about doesn’t move, 19th August
The play park around about has ceased and is very very hard to move for an adults kids have no chance. The Park is accessed from the cricket club ground/car park.

There is a stretch of road going towards Lindfield village from around Buxhalls which is very bad. There are many potholes and very uneven bits of road. The whole bit of road needs resurfacing.
