Potholes/ water, 11th April
Any reason the council have let the water company ignore this water leak which has been going on since last year? Causing road damage and all they've done is put up temporary traffic lights. It's about time they were fined.

Double Deep and large pothole, 18th February
There has been 2 very large and deep potholes on the road leading to Staplefield from Handcross for some time now and they are only getting worse. There are no street lights so very hard to see at night. One did have a traffic cone in it for some time but this has been moved. It’s just as you come round the bend and Due to the width, depth and positioning of both potholes impossible to avoid. It’s dangerous for cars but lethal for motorbikes, scooters and cyclists.

Very large pothole expanding across 3/4 of the road, 18th February
Large pothole which expands across 3/4 of the width of the road. Very dangerous for vehicles especially motorbikes, scooters and cyclists. Causes traffic as you need to slow down to crawling speed so not to burst a tyre. Also if you hit pothole it can take you into path of oncoming vehicles. If travelling at night this becomes even more dangerous.

Slippy path with overhanging vegetation getting low, 14th November
The path between The Hyde Estate and the houses by the school is so covered in leaf mould that it is becoming quite treacherous. Proves a real slip hazard. Needs a simple blow and clean up. Caused by much overhanging greenery and no light ever reaching the area. Overhand is fine in general but does require more maintenance

Dangerous pothole just before entering Staplefield, 9th November
Today I drove along this road and was shocked when I hit a dangerous large deep pothole on the road from Handcross just before entering Staplefield. There was quite a bang which I hope has not caused damage to my car. It looks to be caused by the erosion of a repair carried out there a few months ago.

The street sign at end of College Close has been knocked over, 25th October
The street sign of College Close has been knocked over following a car accident yesterday. The original sign stated "College Close Residents Only" showing a cul de sac picture. Showing this is a dead end is important as many sat nav list this as a road through to B2110. It does not since the development was built 20+years ago.
