Loose drain cover, 13th April
The drain cover here is loose and makes a terrible racket when cars drive over it. I presume there's also a risk of it breaking so if this could be examined that would be great

Missing fence, 7th April
Someone has broken the fence around the pond in oak hall park. It was too muddy for me to take a clear picture. This happened a couple of months ago and hasn’t been fixed. A child could easily run through and fall into the pond. This is dangerous and needs to be fixed as a priority.

Thick Pile of rotten leaves and mud, 7th April
There is a thick pile of rotten leaves and mud blocking the drain on this dead end street in oak hall park. This part of the street next to the pond has not been cleaned for years and it stops people trying to get onto the path to the station. It’s quite slippery and I have seen children falling. Please get somebody to clear up the mess.

Southbound carriageway full of potholes, gravel on pavement, 6th April
These potholes have been here for two months and are in a very very bad state. The gravel from the damaged road represents a hazard to pedestrians because it makes the pavement uneven and unsteady. Cars are swerving to avoid the holes because they're so deep and there are near misses as a result every few minutes. It desperately needs a repair
