Deep hole, 19th January
There is a very big pothole on the south bound side of the road. The south edge of the hole is at least half a foot deep and a 90degree edge so would be like hitting a curb. It could cause a cyclist to crash and come off the bike over the handle bars.

Flooding, 4th January
The end of our street of Sproutes lane at the junction of the B2139 is yet again flooded to over 24” ! I have complained numerous times and yet it’s still not been rectified ! Some residents who are in smaller greener on energy use cars cannot leave or enter the street Totally unacceptable !!

This bridle path leading up to the stream which was redone at great expense a few years ago is virtually unpassable as it’s over grown and not maintained

4 ft pot hole on Harbolets road, 2nd April
Highly dangerous pot hole not visible at night. Lost control of car after hitting it. The Pothole caused a punctured tyre and damaged wheel. Both require replacing. In the time I took to fix replace my car, another vehicle went into the pothole and also punctured their wheel. A local who I asked for assistance said I was the 5th car that week that had punctured their tyre in the same pothole. Someone will die if it isn’t fixed soon. Motorbikes would not stand a chance.

2 Deep potholes obstructing acces to a local business entrance, 29th March
2 Deep potholes right in front of local mechanic's workshop entrance making access difficult and causing a problem with vehicle movement on a busy road used by a lot of people near a school. Dangerous and obstructive issue needs fixing as a priority.

Slippery road surface, 15th February
Whilst riding down this road I had my horse slip and fall over on top of me, the road surface is very dangerous as this is not the first time this has happened.

Slippery surface, no grip, 30th December
The general road condition is very poor,and has been for a good while now, over 3 years. I was riding my horse and the horse fell, throwing me off and damaging her leg and mine. We are not the only one having this problem as there is no grip on the road at all, it’s impossible to avoid as the other roads around are to busy/fast to go down but is incredibly dangerous even on foot. If the horse was to get free when it fell they would be on the main highway so could become very dangerous very quickly. The road is saucelands in Shipley. Just off the main coolham road. Rh13 8qg

Nasty deep pothole in wheel track on narrow road, 7th February
Southbound carriageway, passenger side wheeltrack. Approx 12-14 inches diameter but approximately 8 inches deep. Causes big crash if you hit it. In between which house and garage on the corner.

Missing Speed Limit Signs, 22nd September
On Harbolets Road, 500m south of Broadford Bridge there is a 40-50mph speed limit change. The round signs on the east side of the road are completely missing. Only the post remains. As there is heavy tree foliage the signs on the west side are very hard to pick out. The signs have been missing for at least 6 months.

Poor quality road repair, 12th March
Some work done here earlier this week - involved temprary traffic lights - now there is an inch high solid tube of tarmac sticking up (think solid hosepipe) which makes a huge thump when driven over ... and you can't see it coming when going west because of the corner.
