Large amount of rubbish fly-tipped on the road, mostly from what looks like a bathroom fitting.
Several invoices have been left at the scene too, I have photographs of them, if they are required to help identify the source of this rubbish.

Manhole covers between Leonardslee Gardens and South Lodge Hotel entrance on A281 popped up and water flooding onto road. Road drain opposite South Lodge Hotel has water coming out of it rather than going down adding water to the flood in the road. Getting worse over last few days

Cable trench across road infill is collapsing (by green BT boxes)., 12th July
Roadwork infill is sinking over last 2-3 months - this is causing a huge increase in road noise as traffic, particularly trucks, hit the dip. Causing large increase in noise which jangles the nerves and vibrations are causing damage to our old ceilings

Speed limit signs not visible, 17th June
National Speed Limit (NSL) sign on nearside on exit from Cowfold on A281 Northbound is practically invisible. NSL sign on offside is almost totally obscured by foliage and is visible for about one second at 30 m.p.h.

Several potholes between Heathtolt Farm & Jackdaws Field Nursery, 22nd January
Potholes which have been previously reported now reaching a serious condition. They are within a distance of approximately 100yrds on the single track road, Park Lane Maplehurst, on a bend. They may cause damage to a car and if a cyclist hit one they are at risk of coming to grief. The road is regularly used by cyclists for pleasure. A photo of one of the potholes is attached.

Unavoidable Pot Holes, 17th November
The Pot holes along this narrow section of road have become both unavoidable and deep. They now threaten damaging vehicles and being complicit in in accident on this narrow blind sweeping bend. The Major issue is heading east from the farm drive on the right to the Nursery entrance on the left. Its been steadily worsening for the last 6 weeks.
