All along this road the double yellow lines have faded away in various locations causing car owners to park in dangerous places such as very close to the junction with Wimblehurst Road. This is making it very difficult to navigate the junction and I'm sure in time will cause an accident.

Potholes and road surface, 26th April
As you come off new roundabout which now has traffic lights heading on the A24 towards Tanbridge house school junction all the way up to the first slip road,the middle of all the road has big potholes. There are potholes on the left-hand side of the left lane and I have seen numerous bikes who when moving over to go into the left lane, nearly fall off and wobble considerably as their back wheels slide out. There are holes in the centre of the road as well as in the left side of that lane. When moving over into either lane the back of your car slides out and there are no cats eyes along there either so at night it is difficult to avoid any holes as you can’t see due to no street lights along there either

Road surface to reduce skidding and drain cover, 26th April
Along this road heading from Horsham direction the road itself has many potholes which cause the back of the car to slide out on the camber. This urgently needs re surfacing. Also, if you are turning into Warnham the grass verge on the left, again from Horsham direction has a drain where the cover is not on top, This is really dangerous if anyone happens to walk across this grass verge or a car has to avoid anything which is approaching them in the wrong direction. This will cause injury to a member of the public or a vehicle. It looks like a lorry was too large to turn at that junction and destroyed the grass collecting the drain cover at the same time.

2 large potholes in the centre of the carriageway, 11th March
Each one if probably a foot or more in diameter, and about 3 to 4cm deep. I struck one of these changing back from the outside lane to the inside lane at 60mph, and it compressed my tyre so much it left an imprint on the rim.

Large overhanging tree, 23rd January
3 large trees overhanging the road, causing lorrys to move over onto oncoming traffic coming down the hill. One lorry has recently smashed into the big tree at the bottom of the hill causing substantial damage. There is 2 more trees as you come up the hill on the left hand side.
