Traffic Lights on Bus Gate Faulty - Urgent, 18th April
The traffic lights that direct buses onto the A33 are faulty. They are stopping traffic on the A34 heading towards J11, M4 when there is no buses or cyclists. It’s creating a backlog of traffic along the A34 and requires urgent rectification. Maybe someone has jammed the a press button in?

Outside 44 Clare’s green road. Recent works by a broadband company have resulted in a strip of the pavement being dug up and refilled, however they have left part of the refill 1 inch below the rest of the pavement causing a trip hazard

Rubbish on bridlepath, 18th March
The section of bridlepath accessible from Lambs Lane and leading to the underpass below the A33 is excessively littered. This is a particular issue along the lay-by on the dual carriageway. There are various rubbish bags and loose items of litter strewn on and along the bridlepath. There are also low trailing metal wires from the failing fencing which present a serious safety hazard to horse riders. If a horse’s leg becomes tangled in the wire this could cause serious injuries and/or accidents.

Excessive littering & fly-tipping on bridleway adjacent to A33, 18th March
There is a lot of litter on and along the bridleway, especially alongside the lay-by. Car tyres, wooden pallets, plastic and glass bottles, many black rubbish bags and shards of broken plastic. Additionally, there is still dangerous debris from the broken fencing previously reported. Metal wires are trailing on the ground. This is a serious accident waiting to happen if a horse’s leg becomes tangled up in the wire causing horse and/or rider to panic next to an unfenced section of dual carriageway.

Huge Pothole, 27th February
Huge pothole on the inner lane, passenger side. It's very sharpe and deep. Would be lethal if a motorcyclist hit it or if a driver had to swerve to miss. This will cause severe damage to a car it hit.

Abandoned dropside truck, location: A33 Northbound Carriageway - approx. 100yds from its intersection with M4 Jct 11. (what3words location: ///brings.wished.value)
I’ve walked alongside this carriageway twice today and have seen about 3 near-miss accidents (including wheels locking up on an articulated truck). Knowing this stretch of road, the abandoned vehicle will not be visible to drivers until relatively last minute.

Van parked at junction, 31st January
Transit van parked approaching junction. Due to the size and position of the van, it is restricting viewing when approaching from Beech Hill direction. You have to pass the van on the opposite side of the road, unable to see approaching traffic on a blind corner. Several near misses have been noticed due to this.
