The road in Everest Road us deteriorating. There are round potholes and also a long gap in the middle of the road white the two sides of tarmac meet. This section of road has the potential to cause a serious accident to a cyclist or damage to car tyres.

This tree is being eaten by some kind of insect and will become a danger of falling down. It is beside path at W3W carbon.minus.major
Sorry I should have taken more photos, there is a large amount of wood and bark on the floor around the tree. I would say they have already managed to go a depth of 5 inches on the tree.

Dangerous parking, 3rd April
Car parked on double yellow lines right on the junction very dangerous , cars coming into cheviot can’t see oncoming cars and the same coming out , this is a daily occurrence that has been reported on numerous occasions, car is still there this morning

Out of the 3 red lights facing toward the West, 2 are now not working, 2nd April
There are only 3 red lights facing the direction to the West for traffic going East on Dukes Ride, for a long time only 1 was broken, but this morning I noticed another not working. You only have 1 left working.

Unroadworthy car with no road Tax or M.O.T, 1st April
This car has not moved in 18 months now (reported to the council last May 23) for absolutely nothing to be done! It is parked in a dangerous position forcing other road users into oncoming traffic. It has NO road tax NO M.O.T & despite abandonment stickers being put on it there it still is. It has 2 flat tyres & has been stationary so long that moss has grown beneath it! The owners don't even live here only visit the property for a few days or week at a time!

Abandoned car, 28th March
A car has appeared and parked in Resident parking bay and has only moved for approx half an hour on a couple of occasions in 2 months , don’t think it’s owned by a neighbour as V5 not been issued since 2019 this car is taking valuable space , residents having to park quite a distance away as we have no driveway parking

Broken Manhole Cover, 26th March
There is a broken manhole cover at the beginning of Edgbarrow Rise on the left hand side before the entrance to the houses after Two in the Bush. This has been run over by a heavy lorry. It is extremely dangerous and could be tripped on in the dark and someone could fall down it. The cover is a cast iron 600x600.
This needs to be done as a matter of priority.

Parking on double yellow lines approx 3 metres from the junction, 26th March
This car continuously parks in this dangerous corner of a junction and the high street , double yellow lines are here for a reason ? I am very suprised it has not been hit or caused a vast accident as you can’t see past it if turning into this road
