Roadworks Poor Planning, 27th March
Whoever at the council had the bright idea to allow Bath Road works same time as Burghfield Rd closure same time needs review. Such poor planning is causing chaos in the area, people are having difficulties just getting to medical appointments due to the heavy traffic issues. The poor planning & setup of the works and temporary lights is causing huge traffic blockages backing up on local residential roads. What about the additional pollution being caused due to all this?

Phasing of the lights, 21st March
Just before Christmas the phasing of the lights at this junction was changed. Every morning it takes me at least 4/5 light changes to get from St Michael’s Road along to these lights. This is causing big queues back to Mayfair. Quite often there are no cars coming up Church End Lane and we are just sat there. I have travelled this way to work for 12 years and it was never like this before. This is a main route into town in the morning but just this piece of road can take me 5 mins to get through. Please can you look into this so that the traffic can run freely in the mornings Thanks
