ISSUE: We are dealing with ongoing issues of cuckooing and drug dealing in the Hexham Road Estate
ACTION: We currently have 2 x closure Orders and are looking at gathering evidence to issue Community Protection notices to individuals involved to prevent this from continuing

ISSUE: PC BOWNESS has applied for and been granted extensions on three closure orders in Whitley due to drug use and the associated ASB and crime. At present he is working on a long term Problem Solving issue on the Hexham Road Estate with RBC as there are a high number of issues with Cuckooing and drug use in the local area that is having an huge impact on the local communitynnDistress/ASB issues in Kennet Island area
ACTION: A female has been issued with a community protection warning for her part in instigating this antisocial behaviour and RBC are looking to get injunction for her not to be in the North Whitley area.
4 closure orders have been granted within Hexham Road.
CCTV has also been installed in the area to capture evidence relating to ASB and crime.
PCSO Cretu has created a plan of action to tackle these issues.
PCSOu2019s Whiting and Emin continue to work with the Whitley hub and have been concentrating on ASB and begging in the area of Morrisons on the Basingstoke Road.
