Failure of trunking fix, 28th October
It looks like the repair to the road that was put in to cover where the traffic light trunking under the road is has started to fail. If I had to guess I would say the trunking has collapsed partially under the road causing the infill to drop leading to a collapse in the road. Someone has stuck an ineffective repair in part of it but the collapse is still there.

Pigeons/birds poo, 21st September
For several years now the pigeons and other birds seem to favour this tree (no nests), this has become an issue for anyone that parks in the 4 carpark bays under the tree and my space Infront of my garage as they cover all the vehicles in bird poo, large amounts of it as well. I know I have to wipe my car every morning before work and this is becoming rather annoying now. I know several people have the same issue and it's always a last resort to park in these bays, but due to the lack of available parking most people don't have a choice. I am not anti trees but when it starts ruining people's property I feel something needs to be done about it.
