ISSUE: Anti-Social Behaviour in the Nightingales
ACTION: The Newbury Neighbourhood Policing Team have re-visited residents and conducted further community ASB surveyu2019s in and around The Nightingales estate. There has been a significant reduction in reported ASB in the survey

ISSUE: Increase in Shoplifting - Retail Park
ACTION: Increase in patrols and planned operations. Engagement with the stores and their staff to highlight the importance of reporting thefts.
In discussion with the stores at the Retail Park to encourage the purchase of CCTV.
The neighbourhood team will be focusing on this priority whilst this is an ongoing issue.

ISSUE: Brothel in Harbury Court
ACTION: Suspects were arrested for managing a brothel which was used for prostitution - Since this the flat is no longer being used for this purpose. There is still an ongoing criminal investigation ongoing in relation to the suspects.
