DANGEROUS SITUATION The electricity Meter attached to the distribution box for the A34 Pumping Station is falling off, 21st February
The electricity Meter attached to the distribution box for the A34 Pumping Station has fallen off and is only supported by the electric cable. The meter box fell off in July last year, and I have been continually hounding SSE and EDF to try and get it fixed, who claim that it is not their problem as the distribution box to which it used to be attached is fine and it is supplier side. It is not on our land, and I first tried reporting it to West Berks Council who said that it wasn't their responsibility. The Meter is MSN K17C01629 and MPAN 2000051995935 - PUMPING STATION, A34 BYPASS, OXFORD ROAD, NEWBURY, BERKSHIRE. No one will tell me who owns it, but this is clearly dangerous at the bottom of our School drive and needs to be fixed.

Pothole at the roundabout heading west from A34 to M4, 9th January
There is a round pothole (maybe 50 cms wide) in the traffic lane at the roundabout where vehicles travelling north on the A34 join the roundabout to head west onto the M4. Hard to judge depth as it's not possible to stop but I'd suggest sufficient to cause damage to tyres. Perhaps 10 - 15 cms deep.
