Someone has dug a big hole in the park field a few weeks ago, still there now and needs filling. Deep enough for someone to fall and injure themselves, my dog nearly fell in. Also now some jagged paving stones in it.

Entire road need resurfacing, 28th December
This street though technically a cut-de-sac experiences heavy traffic flow due to a 700+ boys Birkdale high school . HGVs visit the school every day.Parents and Teachers use the street as a car park and turning point. The road has not been properly re surfaced for 25+ years. As a result the surface is breaking up and a danger to children on bikes and other road users

Large chunk of solid tarmac left on road, 28th November
Someone turned up to resurface the bus stop on Pinfold Lane at the Liverpool Road end last week. A number of industrial vehicles were parked at the top of Cornwall Way. One of the vehicles has dropped a couple of large chunks of tarmac, which is now solid and a hazard to vehicles and cyclists. I was hoping the same people might come and remove this.

Flooding at end of driveway, pavement needs new drainage the ones that the rain can run into the ground., 20th September
Bottom off our driveway floods . Rest of the pavement in our close has been replaced with new pavers that drain the water away.

“Repaired” pot hole sank for the 4th time!, 15th June
While this has been “fixed” 3 times now since February, rather than fill it in, waiting for it to settle and compress then tarmac over it, the whole thing is done in a matter of hours and then sinks again a couple of days later. Every time a bus or lorry hits this our whole house shakes. Not to mention the times we can see cars swerve onto the other side of the road last minute to avoid it. This needs probably investigated and not just another quick fix.

Sinkhole/Poor Road Surface, 6th June
On Kenilworth Road, in the direction heading towards Liverpool Road, there has been a previous repair to a sinkhole however the repair is now failing. This means there is a significant 'bounce' to vehicles when travelling which decreases ride quality but increases risk of vehicle damage. Reactions of other road users to this hazard also poses increased crash risk due to excessive braking or steering to avoid the dip.

Cracked uneven paving stones, 30th May
I have recently moved into the 2 Limont Road Ainsdale. I have noticed that a lot of the paving outside of my address is very old, cracked and uneven which is likely to cause myself or another member of the public to trip slip or fall. This could have a significant impact on you in these circumstances through claims and court hearings should anyone be injured. I would like this to be brought to your attention and for the pavement to be repaired, I would suggest the flags being removed and tarmac to replace. Poor workmanship, 27th March
The recent work done on the cracked sewer pipe caused by the broken street light had been completed but the new replacement pavement is awful. The concrete in between flags is already cracking and debris over the path.
