The new surface isn't allowing drainage, 19th September
Since the M65 motorway was resurfaced between junction 2 and 3 has become extremely dangerous in rainy conditions! This is not a typical amount of standing surface water. It's clear that it's that stretch of the motorway, because at junction 1 and 4 the motorway is clear of standing rain water, even in the low spot before the climb up the hill towards Darwen. There will be a big multi car crash soon if this issue isn't resolved! Please look into why the drains aren't clearing the water, or why the new smooth surface isn't as porous as the old surface.

Litter along m65, 5th March
Just driven from J3 on m65 westbound to the end of m65 and then back again and on both sides of the carriageway, all the way along this stretch, the amount of litter is awful. It has got progressively worse over the past month and needs to be sorted. It could cause issues with wildlife in the rural area and with it blowing onto the carriageway.

Flytipped sofa pillows and cushions, 26th January
4 pillows and 3 sofa cushions have been discarded on the side of the road spread along approximately 1/2 a mile along Hill House Lane roughly halfway between the junctions with the B5256 and Windmill Lane.

Car parking & hedge trimming., 11th October
When pulling out of the Junction of Quaker Brook Lane & Hoghton Lane. The view is compromised in both directions. To the left by a hedge & to the right by what appears to be a residents car. I do not like to complain but l use use junction quite often, It's located on a bad bend at the bottom of a hill & I feel that it is a dangerous situation.

I reported this 18 months ago ,since then the tarmac has broken and it’s on a main thoroughfare and VERY dangerous ...it’s on hoghton Lane past the railway bridge on the right hand side towards Preston

Overgrown hedge danger to pedestrians large sharp thistles making it difficult to walk on the pavement, 10th June
This hedge was reported last year ,it’s a danger to pedestrians especially prams / wheelchair users as you have to walk on the grass to avoid being injured by hawthorns ,nettles etc .It is on the main road from Gib Lane towards Preston next to a farmers field . It should not be the responsibility of myself to address this ,it’s the farmer who is negligent

LARGE, DEEP post hole on motorway, 17th December
Large pot hole in the outside lane immediately prior to the overhead 2/3 mile Sign to junction 2 on westbound carriage way. It is significant in size and likely to cause damage or RTC. Vehicles were braking heavily for it and others swerving causing traffic disruption.
