M6 Southbound, Junction 28 Leyland Lane 3 Multiple potholes from 0.5 miles before Leyland exit to at least 0.5 miles after Leyland exit Southbound. In excess of 40 potholes along this stretch all in Lane 3. I am assuming there is a planned resurface of Lane 3 scheduled in the coming days. Your traffic officers will be well aware of these potholes.

Street name non existent in the cul de sac, 24th April
I keep getting deliveries for 31 Clover field because there is no street sign for the cul de sac. The delivery people miss the cul de sac and come to us in error. We live on Hunts Field around the corner. This happens sometimes 2/3 times a week. Please could a street sign be placed for this particular cul de sac. Thanks.

Series of potholes, M6 Southbound, LH side of 3rd lane. Final pothole in the series is about 1.5m along the length of the carriageway and difficult to spot in the dark / avoid. Depth is approximately 1" to 1.5", (top surface of the road is missing).

Dangerous Traffic/Business Operations, 25th January
Neales Waste Management (https://www.neales-waste.co.uk/contact-us/) receive waste deliveries each morning which is generating stationary traffic on the bend of Dawson lane (B5248). Vehicles attempt to pass these vehicles obstructing the highway and cause a potential head on collision. This road also has a restriction on heavy goods vehicles. This needs investigation before someone is badly hurt or killed.
