Traffic lights not recognising cyclists, 5th October
When I cycle from the direction of BAE systems to join the A677 Preston new road, the lights do not recognise me. Many times I have waited for five to ten minutes, until a vehicle approaches behind me. I now get off my bike and cross the road but this is unsafe as the vehicles travel at excess speeds and do not give way.

Blocked drain, flooded road, 15th December
Blocked surface drain has caused flooding on road surface near to bridge. Issue has been a problem on many previous occasions. Current flooding and deep plain of water has been stood for nearly 7 days. Flooding causes vehicles to use wrong side of road. Parked vehicles nearby and other constraints (narrow bridge) lead to the high possibility of a head on collision due to drivers trying to avoid the flooding. Requires immediate unblocking as it is not naturally dissipating.
