FIXMYSTREET IN PR3 2JH
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of PR3 2JH:
Houses taking communal land, 9th April
Opposite the stags head pub in Goosnargh is a row of bungalows. In front of these bungalows was a grass area (still is for some of the bungalows) which I believe is not owned by the residents of the bungalows. However as you can see from the photos from 2016 and present day from google earth some of the residents of these bungalows have built on the grass area. Please look into this matter urgently. I am very surprised it has not already been dealt with. Thankyou

10 inch pothole caused damage to my alloy, caused tyre to burst, and broken valve. Resulting in me having to pay for all new ones, 4th October
This pothole has been on the road for some time (approx 3 months), as the road is narrow I pulled over as there was a learner driver coming the other while, while going to pull over at about 10mph I hit the pothole, this caused damage to the alloy of my wheel (shown), caused the tyre to burst and the valve has had to be replaced. This has cost me quite a lot of money. The alloy (£256), a new tyre at the cheapest price of £112, and a pressure monitoring valve at £25. The total price I have to pay is nearly £400 through no fault of my own as this pothole has caused the damage: I would be greatful if this was covered by the council as it was damage caused on a council road. Thanks, Emily
