A car constantly park opposite the doctors surgery entrance facing the wrong wayZ, 11th July
I would say that 19/20 times I drive down this road this car is parked here. I assume they live there and will feel that parking outside their house is acceptable however it is directly opposite a very busy doctors surgery entrance and is on a very busy road in and out of Garstang. It is a constant problem for people entering or leaving the surgery as well as people driving on the roads itself
