Bad Quality, 10th April
M6 J33 to J30, both northbound and southbound, especially 4lanes section have very poor quality road surface, causing serious water splashing whenever rain heavy and road studs need replacing. Street lamps are not working neither are the studs, causing driving difficulties during night time.

Fly tipping, 23rd March
Fly tipping this is everywhere and every week they people come up in car and van come night time switch off the head light when bottom of Samuel St still top of the street they get out empty the vehicle and get to the bottom of the street they put the head light on and away they go. can't believe the council not catch anyone doing it after months of tipping by people tipping rubbish

Uneven surface, 17th March
M6 just before jct 31, heading north . Second lane in from the left (not including the hard shoulder) there is a depression appearing. Could be a small sink hole. I have watched this sinking over a period of weeks.

This is a busy area and is 4 lanes around the roundabout, 2 lanes are access to M6 North. Due to worn road markings it is causing confusion and near misses. It has been this way for some time and is desperate for the road markings to be redone. Please can this be actioned asap.

Junction 29, 4th December
Recently traveled back via the M61 to M6 Junction 29 Preston no lighting at junction 29. Why one of the business Junctions and the number of accidents that have occurred between 29 & 30 ...The lights go off 5 miles from Preston M61 and continue M6 to Preston East Thats 7 miles at most whats the point, not carbon footprint they LEDS
