Road to narrow for volume and size of traffic, 20th July
Multiple near misses for pedestrians and damaged cars due to lack of road width and volume of traffic. This has come to a head with the current closure of B5249 increasing the volume of the traffic. Mounting of the curb occurs daily at peak times. HGV and Farm traffic cannot pass or back to clear the route. This is a growing issue and has been an issue for years, but is now becoming a real danger to life.

Farmer leaving road in a lethal condition, 22nd October
From a field entry there was muck conducive to that left by tractors. The sheer quantity on the road was shocking. I was riding my motorbike and was spooked when I saw the muck, I could feel it was slippery under my wheels. Farmers who leave roads like this should be fined, it's a potentially lethal road condition

Duty of care none excistant, 27th June
There is a constant problem with people parking on the zig zag lines out side Bishop Rawstorne school every day around 15.15 hours . School has been approached regarding this , there response is their duty of care finishes at the gates of the school. This is going to finish up with some one getting hurt. I saw a child yesterday have a near miss incident with a car as it came to a stop to park on the lines . Then wait for a child from the school before driving off again.

2 manhole covers surrounded by potholes up to 9 cams feel and 30 cams ling, 30th December
Potholes have white paint on edges suggesting council are aware. Rode over on my bike and damaged both wheels. Potholes are adjacent to where speed limit changes from 30 to 40 mph.

Pothole right by drain gutter opposite the Junction of Ridley Lane and Moor road (where Ridley lane nurseries is. When it is dark you cannot see where it is until you drive through it. 2ft wide by 2.5ft long and 2-3 inches deep. Has been there since Sunday.

Non existant roundabout, 5th April
Road has been so neglected that the round about no longer exists. The round about is now hole where all traffic has go around the exposed cobbles. It is that bad that most cars have to drive around it oon the wrong side.

Road it is in a real bad state, with pot holes right down the road. Previous pot holes have been badly filled in and are crumbling away.
