Following the line of the road, part of road missing causing both nearside wheels to drop into the hole, not a problem if the exit from the hole was gradual but it isn't. Both tyres bust on impact due to nature of deep hole edges.

Potential illegal tree removal without a felling license, ecology report or permission from South Downs National Park, 3rd October
Small woodland in the South Downs National Park has been felled by persons unknown. There has been a lot of habitat such as birds, bats and badgers in this woodland for many years. I believe there was also TPO and conservation area restriction on this land. I would like to know if an ecology survey was conducted, a felling license obtained from Forestry England and permission granted from SDNP or Winchester City Council?
