Gully Moy /Rchard Moy of the Orchard PO381YA have constructed a rock garden on the highway outside of Orchard Dene gates. This is causing rain water to flow down drive into the property and is classed as fly tipping as the soil and rocks have been placed on road. Last week they decorated the rock garden with solar lighting as they held a party at their property but trespassing on Orchard Dene property, also cleared part of council land adjacent to park extra visiting vehicles. Photographs are available. The Moys have been trouble since they arrived at the Orchard.Richard Moy address: 9 Greenwich south st,london,SE10 8NW (owner of property),Gull Moy tenant of the Orchard PO38 1YA.
