I have brought up this issue for the third time now. I ride a scooter in both directions on Alpine Rd. It is an issue the full length due to cars being parked in different areas, which makes my positioning different on each occasion. My bike gets caught in the broken parts of tarmac, making it very dangerous and very difficult to steer out of. This will cause an accident at some point

Food waste in the road, 27th April
The food waste bin from 1 East St looks like it’s been tipped over by a badger or something and now there’s rotting mouldy food waste being driven over in the road. It’s disgusting. I think 1 East St is a holiday let so the owners are probably unaware.

Subsidence in expansion joints, 27th April
The original concrete road slabs are rocking (like paving slabs on a sand based patio) Rain has washed away substrate, so no longer support edge of slabs. Going to need foam pressure injection( to reinforce substrate), before resurfacing the joint depressions. Currently, any PSV or commercial vehicle transversing the blocks, drops into the joint depression, and flips the next block resulting in advert seismic activity, shaking the building and creating cracks. This applies to the entire length of Albert street, not just my property.

Missing Dustbin, East Cliff Carpark, 24th April
The litter bin has been missing for months and is greatly missed. I am constantly picking up litter in Salisbury Gardens and this is where it would go. Now it has to take up space in the dog poo bins which is inconveniencing responsible dog owners. Please replace this litter bin ASAP.

Dumped substance, possibly contents from a fish tank, behind bin in car park, 24th April
I’m concerned that the very small bright blue pieces may either be plastic or toxic. Either way they will clog up the drain if rain washes the substance away therefore it could do with clearing away.

Abandoned vehicle in car park, 23rd April
Silver Citroën Picasso has been left in Wheelers Bay Road car park for over three weeks. It looks like the inside of the vehicle has been used as a "waste bin" and the tyres are now becoming flat! As you enter the car park the vehicle is over to the left hand side of the car park with its back parked towards a green fence.

Bins not emptied at Dudley Road Car Park., 21st April
Dudley Road Car Park bins were full Saturday 20th April and this afternoon Sunday, 21st April still full. They were full this morning when I went past but didn't report straight away as was expecting them to be emptied by lunchtime. And the notice put on the bin about not putting house hold waste in them - please replace with a new one or remove. Thank you.

There are multiple cracks along the pavements and road at both the top and bottom (car park) ends of Bath Road. This is a bit concerning as they seem to have gotten larger, and also looks like there may be some movement near the top of Bath Road on the very steep decline.
