Black bags of rubbish and bibs, 23rd April
These bags of rubbish have been here for weeks and I’m fed up of reporting it to you. They obviously come from Florence Court- as you can see they never take their bins in especially NUMBER 2! I’m absolutely sick of having to look at it. It drags our neighbourhood down. See the article in Island Echo. Please please come and do something about it.
