Litter left around bus stop on avenue road, opposite Fort mews, on the side that the bus travels towards ryde. This area needs to be cleared more frequently as the litter builds up quickly. There is an island roads guy (Kenny?) Who does the esplanade and some of avenue road...could he extend his route to cover this area too? Always loads of litter around the street light and the road. Cars park on the road so the road sweep misses a lot of the rubbish when it does cover this area...needs a guy to pick it really. This has been the same since I've lived here...20yrs .

Ex landlord put Rubbish we left in bins on road, 16th May
Hello, We had to leave our rental house 36 Lake Hill Sandown PO36 9HE as the landlord would do no maintenance - he knew it had bad damp and he never did anything about it when we told him. He only did 3 Gas safety checks in 10 years even though we always paid the rent 2 weeks early. So 7 years he did no gas safety checks which is illegal and dangerous to us.
We left as he caused our safety to be at risk, our health and lives as the non Gas and carbon monoxide check were never done as well as freezing black mould conditions which we know all his rentals have. We managed to move out leaving rubbish is the bins in the garden as bin collection was a few days after we left.
The landlord has no text us saying he’s chucked the rubbish on the street with our daughters name on and reporting us. He is abusive and a bully placing one of his vulnerable tenants in a derelict house.
He’s trying to get us in trouble as he neglected his house and our safety and now he has to try sort out his bad damp house. We paid rent to 6/5 we left on 28/4 so that rubbish was legally left and we were paid up on the council tax so he’s illegally dumped rubbish on the street as always he gets away with intimidating his tenants many’s for years.

He is threatening me a women with reporting me for putting rubbish on the street we left in the bin in the garden he has dumped on the street and blaming us.

Risen kurb, 15th May
The Kurb directly from my drive has risen, this has happened on more than one occasion, with temporary fixes but over time rises again. I need to drive over this kurb to get in an out of my drive and I’m worried in time it may cause damage to my tyre. It is also a trip hazard for those walking by.

Potholes, 14th May
Several potholes in road outside bungalows nos 93,95,97 Perowne Way ( near the shop) ,over a month ago district steward attended and marked several with yellow paint spray.Nothing has been done since and as the holes have got worse the yellow markings have disappeared

Hedge preventing use of footway, 13th May
This hedge is preventing the use of the footpath. People are walking in the road which is not safe, vehicles enter this road off the Newport Road not expecting to see people in the road.
