Adelaide Place desperately requires carriageway repair, 7th May
I am flabbergasted to have received a letter from you informing me of surface dressing in Ratcliffe Ave when there appears to be very little wrong with that road. In fact, it may have been dressed on a previous occasion. Meanwhile Adelaide Place is falling to pieces with potholes regularly opening up and the surface is generally in a very poor condition. Why are you repairing a road that does not need it when there is an adjoining road in desperate need of attention?

Scaffold has been erected in the carriageway with no advance warning to drivers eg signage 7001 and 517 on approach and dia 610 with cones guiding traffic past. Yellow sleeving on scaffold is insufficient as non reflective.

Aspire vehicles constantly abusing parking rules, 6th May
Since last weds we have had an Aspire minibus parked over our white lining causing a blind spot for us reversing out of our driveway. Aspire have been tontacted on many occasions regards their anti social behaviour in blocking drives on Dover St. This was reported to the police as it is dangerous parking but they have referred it as a council issue.

Serious tripping hazard from two slabs protruding 2cm up, 5th May
Been here at least two weeks - scaffolders have put a cone between the slabs and I have marked them myself with a fluorescent marker.
Two people have died after tripping in the vicinity since 2010. I attended the first as a first aider and the second was an ex-colleague

No 60 st Micheals avenue ryde have installed a new driveway but no drop kerb and have to drive over high kerb and footpath on several occasions pedestrians have had to stop abruptly as car pulls on or off drive
