Pothole, 20th April
Between Hunston Ridging Stables and Hunston Chambers there is a large hole . Large enough to damage a car tyre if hit at any kind of speed. It is becoming dangerous now as you have to go over into the next carriageway to avoid it.

Road works, 12th April
There are temporary traffic lights setup with no roadworks taking place! The problem is priority, only 5 cars get through and it has taken 45 minutes to travel 3 miles. The queue south bound must be back to Chichester with limited traffic coming the other way!!! Whoever setup these lights needs to take responsibility and adjust the priority timing, appalling, probably 50-100 cars in queue

Temporary Traffic Lights causing Tailback to Chichester, 11th April
Hi, apart from a small country road the A286 is the only road to Birdham East Wittering, West Wittering, Bracklesham etc. At the junction where the the A286 meets Whopam lane there are temporary traffic lights. In the morning and evening this is causing large tailbacks all the way from the interchange in question all the way to Mile Pond on the OS Map. This is takes a lot of time. If the road is damaged is it possible for a restricted speed zone. I have seen large heavy Metal plates that can cover large sections of the road, this would be such an option. Or will someone actually start working on the road? Many thanks.

Temporary lights causing massive traffic delays, 11th April
A sunken manhole ,which has been there for weeks , has now been coned off and temporary lights have been installed. This is causing unacceptable huge delays to traffic and there are no workmen on site fixing the problem. There is absolutely no need for the temp lights as cones at the very edge of the road to cordon off the damaged section would be quite sufficient . Please advise as to proposed action.

Large Pot Hole, 4th April
Outside the substation there is a very large pothole that has reappeared. It was fixed recently but this has now broken up and currently being hidden by a large puddle of water. The stones and tarmac are being strewn across the carriage way which is causing additional issues.

Overgrown weeds that are so high they are growing over and under our fence . This particular part by Stockbridge roundabout hasn't been cut in years . And looks awful., 1st April

White lines have faded completely, 5th March
The white lines on the Fishbourne roundabout on the A27 have completely faded in places which makes this roundabout very dangerous to go around. Some old lady nearly drove into me the other day as she couldn’t work out where to be on the roundabout and I must admit I struggle with it myself too.

Yet more potholes all along this stretch of road - patching it is useless - it needs a proper re-surface as when it gets flooded (every time it rains) the road just crumbles!

What will it take for someone to actually paint some white lines around this Roundabout. ??? Will it take a massive crash to make someone action this. ? It's an utter joke and complete carnage every single day where drivers simply CANNOT see the road markings. Get this job booked in ASAP. PLEASE !
