New flytip in popular place for such actively due to secluded* wooded lane.
Of note: *only two restricted access points to lane north & south, hence popularity. But this factor also ideal candidate for more permanent access camera montoring if taken seriously versus cost of Council collection, in my view.

Dangerous pothole, 24th February
There is a pothole right on the junction coming off Salthill Road onto the Funtington Road. It can’t be avoided and when you go to pull away it drags you back into the hole. It is so dangerous and it has been there for months and is now much bigger. This needs fixing properly NOW - no quick fixes please

Temporary signs have long been gone on the A27 on the approach to the bridge that goes under Clay lane. The signs are gone but the large metal frames that held them are still there awaiting collection. A third frame with no sign is on the same side of the road as you past the last lay-by before Emsworth. All 3 are on the western travelling carriageway

Work on the flint wall has now finished but the equipment has been left despite the completion being several weeks, if not months ago. There are signs, cones and fencing around the wall as well as road signs further up the road.

Overnight A27 road closure eastbound to Chichester night closure diversion via A259. A259 Southbourne temporary traffic lights causing half hour delay at night! Surely this could have been better planned to prevent the delay. This is the main west east route. This is causing businesses unnecessary expense, pollution etc...... A minimum of forethought could prevent this.
