Approximately 300m west of Dstl on the south side of the road at the point where the road narrows and bends slightly, the edge of the road has eroded significantly creating a gully at least 8-12" deep and 2 feet wide which is forcing vehicles to move across into the other lane thereby significantly increasing the risk of hitting eastbound vehicles., 7th March
This bend is probably the most dangerous part of Portsdown Hill Road and forces vehicles to pass at unsafe minimum distances. The condition of the edge of the road has been deteriorating for some months to the point where a 3-4m long stretch is now untenable for all vehicles.

Growth obscuring traffic lights, 15th February
I did first report this problem on 06/06/23 & as of yesterday, has still not been fully dealt with: there are large gorse bushes that require removal. Once that vegetation has been cut back, the nearside traffic light head will require slight adjustment of position so it is fully visible to approaching vehicles.
