Sign was trying to display 50mph but due to parts of the display not working it could have been misread as 60mph. Luckily I was travelling at just under 50mph but as I passed the sign a number of cars were flashed who probably thought it was 60mph who would have been within the limit had it been 60mph. I have dash-cam footage if required.

Pothole, 22nd April
Strip of road (about 20m long by 1m wide) has a lot of damage. A number of pot holes here, don’t know if this has been caused by the HGVs for the building site next door or if the soft ground has caused the tarmac to slip/crumble away.

Potholes/degraded road, 25th March
Between Garson's garden centre and Spingles Lane on the Titchfield Road, Fareham there is a strip of road about 0.5 by 4m where the top level of tarmac has worn away and has become a huge long pothole.

Southbound large pothole at edge of road. There are a number of potholes at the edge of the road. Some are previous fills which have been dislodged. Cars swerve into center of road to miss them, but as it's nearly a corner this can be dangerous. May be linked to construction in field next door.

Between J10-9 westbound electronic sign reporting traffic jam and restricting speed to 40 at 4:40 when traffic was almost dead. As well camera was flashing all cars.

The road has being washed out by the over-flooding from the river Meon (opening the flood gates down-stream might help avoid this), leaving deep potholes hidden under the flood waters.

Camera flashing all cars, 14th October
Between J10-9 westbound camera was flashing all cars, speed on gantry was 60, I was driving at 56, but it flashed several times, assuming it was covering all 4 cars

Deep Pothole - danger to all road users, 15th August
There is a deep pothole here. It's been fixed before but the filling has sunk again to the extent that traffic is swerving out to avoid running over it.
It seems to be caused by water running out of the ditch and onto the road where it runs past the ramp to the religious centre. It appears that the ramp does not have a drainage pipe underneath it so there's only one way for the water to go and that's onto the road.
The long term solution would be to continue the drainage down the hill off the road by installing a pipe and clearing the ditch further on.
