Pavements blocked by hedges, 28th February

Wed, 28 Feb 2024 08:28:34 +0000
50.847029 -0.91027

These hedges are being cultivated to grow over the pavement rather than in the residents' gardens. These reduce the width of the available to one foot in several places. This is after a fresh cut, so it will get worse over the next few weeks. It is not just one property but many. Please can you advise these residents to cut these hedges back, and start to grow them on their own proprty instead, so that we don't have to walk in the road or in the mud.

This green bin, which says it is a compost bin on the front, is full with all sorts of rubbish and poo bags, The bin is also split at the sides. This bin has not been emptied for a very long time, and this freezer has been dumped there for months. To be honest, as the bin is split on the sides, the whole thing could be taken away.
