Loose manhole opposite Acorn Grove, 3rd May
The manhole opposite Acorn Grove has become loose and is now making a very loud clack whenever a car passes over. This is loud enough to disrupt our daughters sleeping as she’s bedroom is at the front of the house. It was fixed in 2022 but has become loose again.

I tried to doge.these overgrown tree and failed. This caused me to have an accident and come off my bicycle. This is a National Cycle Route. Trees should not be making this an unsafe journey.

Surface Water on highway, 29th March
Looks like water is discharging from ditch / horse field which is causing the footpath at the location to be very wet and slippery which represents a genuine slip,fall risk to pedestrians using the footpath. The surface water then travels all the way down to Southleigh Road. Roadside gullies in this area also look blocked.
Surface water issues have been ongoing for 3-4 weeks, which can’t be good for the road surface
Please could you investigate concerns raised.

Ditch by lay-by fly ripped and filled in, 15th March
The ditch next to the layby has been fly, tipped with garden, waste and soil and rubble and has now been filled in. There is no longer a ditch there.

White lines faded to nearly nothing, 13th March
From the mini roundabout down New Brighton road past the childrens nursery the line are virtually non existant, this road unfortunately people regularly speed and overtake (its a residential area} , the road also curves slightly and people are all over the place, the lines would help keep people in the lane they should be in!
