4 very large boulders placed on verge, 25th April
4 Very large painted (White) boulders have been placed on the grass verge over night by a local resident, these boulders present a very significant health & safety risk to pedestrians who use the grass verge to walk on as there is no pavement along Church road in Wembury. A large proportion of residents in the Wembury area are elderly, if a resident was to fall or slip on the verge it could potentially cause a fatal injury now because of the large boulders present - which South Hams District Council would be liable for?
