FIXMYSTREET IN PL7 4HJ
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of PL7 4HJ:
Blocked storm drain outside of 6 boringdon terrace, on boringdon road, 4th April
When it rains, this storm drain constantly backs up and floods the pavement and the entrance to our property (6 Boringdon Terrace, PL7 4EB) making impassible. Whilst it has been unblocked in the past it continues to happen which indicates potentially a much larger issue. We have also discovered a culvert than runs under our garden and property. Is it possible to understand where this culvert starts from?

Underside of flyover, single steel gider, paint cracked, 14th January
For some reason the paint has cracked in multiple area's on one steel girder only, it's visible from the foot bridge crossing the railway line heading to saltrum, middle main carriage way, probably just surface paint cracking, but might be worth an inspection to confirm it's not cracks in the girder. Spotted around Christmas,

Road Drainage System Issue, 6th October
The A38 fly over seems to have an issue with the drainage again over the Marsh Mills R/A. It has previously been dealt with and I am guessing its a similar issue with possibly a blockage. No noticeable flooding on the flyover, but between the Alpha and Bravo carriageways (the small gap of light you see from on the roundabout) a torrent of water can spill down when there has been heavy rain.
The torrent of water can be anything from a drip on good days to a fire hose on bad days. It affects lanes 1 and 2 on the R/A (Sainsburys and A374 traffic).
On previous inspection they found this flooding had caused some other issues too.

Old man repeatedly feeding bird in the road, obstructing drivers, 21st November
Hello, on the slip road leading into Crabtree Close, we have repeatedly seen an old man feeding birds in the slip road causing an obstruction on the slip road for drivers exiting the 40 mph A374. Multiple times in the past week, I have seen him obstructing the traffic with the flock of gulls he is deliberately encouraging to feed in the road. He has been doing this for some time, but the number of feeding birds has grown in number such that they pose a danger to drivers. He appears to return from Sainsbury's with the food, drop it in the road before continuing on in the direction of Military Road . I have checked with Plymouth Council and it is apparently okay to feed bird, but doing so in the road and not near his own property is becoming a dangerous nuisance. Is this a matter for the police?

Flooding on flyover (Exeter bound) towards the end of flypver, 21st October
I was driving home yesterday and there was a steam of water across the carriageway. It had a big impact on the control I had over my car. This was at 50 mph. My partner told me she aquaplaned the previous evening (hence my speed). The water was coming from the Plymouth bound carriageway.
