Multiple cars parking on double yellow lines, 27th February
Multiple cars parking on double yellow lines opposite a public footpath which not only hinders drivers coming up and down this narrow two way road but blocks delivery vans from getting in and out of the delivery bay behind 2 popular pubs. It’s a very busy used road for many at least 4 different businesses. Been happening for about a month all cars from the same property and parking there or on the public footpath daily.

Parking on a public footpath which is also a disabled access path out of the main town, 27th February
Moved in about a month ago and has been parking their car in the public footpath which is not meant to be parked on. They have also taken the post out of the ground which was preventing them from parking there. Local mobility scoot users frequent this path several times a week and not can’t because of a car blocking the path.

Grass now obscuring visibility, 17th May
The grass is now so high on the junction that visibility is totally obscured if you are coming from Padstow and turning right towards Trecerus Industrial Estate. I’ve just come out there this morning and I could not actually see the vehicles coming from the Wadebridge direction at all.
It is nearly as bad also if you are coming from Padstow at Treator, heading towards Trevone at the junction with Bowley’s Lane, it is virtually impossible to see anything coming down from your left when you have to pull out.
This is now quite dangerous.

No indication of give way, 6th July
The road markings and signage at rhe junction of new street and station road doesn't indicate the drivers travelling south west along new street must give way. The signage indicates 2-way traffic but not give way. The road marking to give way has faded.
The near misses I've witnessed this week while walking up new street are probably just a coincidence.

Steps down to the beach are in a bad state of repair, 4th October
The steps from the coast path down to the far end of the dinghy park are in a very poor state of repair. Two steps have serious rot and have split. Someone could be very badly injured especially a child or elderly person or even a dog. Padstow Harbour authority are probably responsibly for these steps, if not, it will be the council.

On this public access from the top of Caswarth Terrace down onto the disused Road of School Hill the weeds are nearly 8ft tall and if we have heavy rain it is going to be unaccessible, the weeds have only appeared as bad as this since roadworks were carried out and new soil put there obviously full of the oil seed rape weedseeds.

The junction of St Merryn Lane and the main road into Padstow is so overgrown you have zero visibility in trying to come out of the lane onto the main road. I was nearly hit 3 times in the last week trying to exit the junction., 5th June
It is a serious accident waiting to happen as the verge is so over grown there is zero visibility at the junction. The grass on the opposite side has been cut but the grass on the left as you exit the lane has big been cut.
