Steps down to the beach are in a bad state of repair, 4th October
The steps from the coast path down to the far end of the dinghy park are in a very poor state of repair. Two steps have serious rot and have split. Someone could be very badly injured especially a child or elderly person or even a dog. Padstow Harbour authority are probably responsibly for these steps, if not, it will be the council.

Permanent flooding in gutter causing pedestrians to get wet from passing vehicles, 27th February
Vehicles passing at speed right next to the pavement (as it's tight to pass traffic coming the other way) splash pedestrians on the path. It always has running water from blocked drains, much worse just after rainfall than the picture shows which was taken after a long dry spell.

Water from road, 27th July
I'm on holiday but have noticed that water is pouring out of a grill in the road, running down Dunders Hill, some is going into another surface water grill and some is continuing down the road. I don't think it is a normal valley stream. It certainly wasn't there last time we holidayed. I can't help thinking a main has popped somewhere, is pouring into a waterway and exiting here. Good luck.

Large pothole on road leading up to St Enodoc golf club of Rock road. Saw a car hit it with a large clunk as I waited for it to come down the hill. Is this a council road or the Duchy of Cornwall's responsibility?

Drain blocked and road flooding in Porthilly Lane, Rock., 5th July
Due to many farm traffic movements, the drain situated between exit and entrance gates of Porthilly caravan site has been completely covered and blocked (adjacent to the lane leading to Shalmer Hollow). This has lead to flooding at times on a blind bend and the water running further down the lane past the craft shopand the cottage called Porthilly Greys to the nearest available drain. The hole area is covered in mud due to this problem. In short the drain needs to be excavated thoroughly sucked out and the road cleaned.
