Volvo estate, hasn't been road legal for almost 12 months, full of rubbish, blocking residents parking spaces. There are 6 spaces available outside the old peoples bungalows, this car has been here forever, forcing residents to park on the pavement, resulting in pensioners walking in the road on a very dangerous stretch of the highway.

Finger sign post near Enniscaven Chapel, 26th October
The Finger sign post has the Gothers finger Missing also in need of re painting. There is a modern steel plate sign placed in the the grass triangle which has been knocked over several times It would be a shame if the original sign was not restored as part of the village Heritage

Litter accumulating for long distances along road, 7th February
Roadside litter is accumulating in the roadside hedges and ditches along the road from Whitemoor to Roche. I have raised this with you at least twice before, but apparently to no avail. It is very bad at the moment and reflects badly on the surrounding communities, as well as being an environmental health hazard and potential public health hazard. Please could you address this issue very soon.

Massive potholes along the road, 20th February
Massive potholes along the road which results in cars straddling the white lines to avoid damage to cars etc. I ride a motorcycle and damage to the wheels is a daily hazard. If damage is sustained I will claim against the council. This has been ongoing for months with the road getting worse and the council have put up temporary road surface signs it is not temporary but permanent.

Car parked on double yellows, 18th September
There is a particular red car that parks on double yellow lines every day outside 57 Currian road, making it very difficult to pull in out of the way of oncoming cars, and even harder to reverse into the driveway between 57 and 55. The only reason the owner of the car does this is to park closer to her own house, despite there being plenty of legal spaces to park.

Litter and dog mess, 13th January
General litter in and on roads around village. Also dog mess on pavements in Fore Street and up Trelavour Road. At No 2 Fore Street there have been piles of black bin bags piled up for about six months which could cause a health hazard, depending on what is in them. Also, next door there are two old fridges , one of which has been there for about 3-4 months.

Rise & hole in road shaking foundations!, 28th April
Where the road was badly resurfaced, a raised join has started to collapse, causing a deep rivot 16" long and 5" deep. Huge Imerys lorries from the Clays hit this at approx 40mph causing a thunderous bang which litterally shakes the foundations of neighbouring houses. Lamps & vases fall over and the noice is terrible (starting at 6am and continuing through the day). Under the road, there is a stream/drain for the water flowing from the clays. The road is at dangerous risk of collapse as the surface underneath is unstable.
