I don't know who the neighbours keep dumping their big items next to my bin every week, Had a fined from council that I flytripped all my stuff outside by the bin and now I just reliased that someone of neighbours is now dumping their rubbish by my bin area and trying get me fined. Last one was full of broken poles and stuff. I have to keep moving it away from my area as not having anymore fined

Illegal parking, 18th April
Same people over and over do it. Council only just put the yellows in because of the problems the binmen had with cars blocking the lane and guess who blocked the lane. Yes, same car

Van parked blocking cars from turning causing build up of traffic, 27th March
The van is blocking all the cars from turning left to go down to station road long vehicles are stuck reversing up the hill because of it stopping them from turning two cars have nearly hit it due to how stuck out it is it’s on solid double yellows with a dipped curb

Cars parking on pavement, 25th March
Cars parking on pavement either side of driveway making it dangerous for people to safely get out of drives as they cannot see if vehicles coming up or down road which they do at speed. The road is narrowed at this point. The owners of these cars have allocated parking with their homes so no reason to park on pavement in the road. The pavement is being destroyed.

Private parking, 23rd September
There is a major issue with people who are using the allotments and the lawns to walk there dogs they always park in this residential parking space. We could use some signage from yourself put at the top entrance of the lawns reminding people that this is a private parking bay and not to park there

Grass needs cutting, 5th July
The grass here needs cutting. It is nearly 4ft high in places and is a disgrace. It is encouraging anti social behaviour as people are letting their dogs run around in it and conveniently not seeing when their dog fouls the area as it is ‘hidden in the grass’. Litter has increased as its seen as a waste land.
Leaving it to nature is all very well but this is just an unsightly mess and I doubt the rabbits and harvest mice of the world will make there way through a concrete jungle to get here when there are far more suitable parks and woods nearby for them.

Missed grass cutting, 25th May
Highways on sat 20th May cutting the grass at the bottom of Segrave Road in Plymouth, but for some reason missed the patch of grass between 71 and 77 Segrave Road which they normally cut. The grass is at least 2ft to 3ft tall. Needs cutting as so as, it provides a good excuse for loose exercising their dogs not to pick up after them.

Painted out yellow lines, 1st February
Around two years ago the double yellow lines where removed by being painted out with black paint. The black paint has worn away revealing the double yellow lines. Residents including myself have had parking tickets which I'm applying. The lines require blocking out.

Double yellow parking, 13th December
Been parked on a double yellow on this road every day for months. Always on a corner and the bus cannot get through, a fire engine will not get through for sure. It has a blue badge but it's there every day and night without fail. Station road, Plymouth pl2 1nf

Overgrown hedge, 28th April
Kensa House, Buller Road, Torpoint, PL11 2LD. This house hedge is very overgrown, approximately 2-2 1/2 feet, and blocking the access with prams / wheelchairs. Even when this owner trims this hedge they still leave it over 1 foot covering pathway access. This happens all the time. These photos are not even the worst it has ever been. This is make even worse when a van parks partially on pavement meaning pedestrians, including children have to walk in the roadway. Can you please inform resident that the hedge should be flush with their boundary wall at all times.
