400mm circular hole, outside of house named Lynfield, on Calstock Road, 100m from Rising Sun Pub, heading towards Gunnislake, 21st October
I hit this hole on the road as I drove towards Calstock. The impact broken my front ball joint, that wheel was moved out of alignment and my car was immovable. My car needed to be pulled onto a truck and I had it taken to Gunnislake Garage for repair. This incident was witnessed by the driver in a 'Hunters' van and the barman at the Rising Sun was aware that this hole had been a problem for several weeks.

"sleeping policeman" totally eroded and large potholes all around it, 12th July
I have just had my car's exhaust system renewed for the SECOND TIME and I am sure it is due to the perilous state of the road at this point, and all the way down to the bottom of the hill there are potholes and the sides of the tarmac are eroded. I have been told that this road will be repaired "this summer" but no further information has been forthcoming.

Multiple potholes all over this road, 12th February
Ever-deepening pothole in front of sleeping policeman at western exit/entrance of Helston Farmyard, several more potholes at close intervals all along western edge of this road towards the bend. Road surface in an extremely bad condition all the way down to the X roads outside Ward Mine Farm and Ward Cottage. Also several wide potholes in road leading off Ferry Lane into Helston Farmyard. If any damage to my vehicle is sustained from these potholes, I will have no option but to charge the local council for the repairs.

First noticed last week and more bags have been added to the heap this week, despite refuse vehicle having passed this location on at least 4 occasions, the rubbish remains until the foxes get at it I suppose and distribute it all over the road.

On southern edge of unmarked lane known as Ward Lane, 17th August
There are multiple potholes at southern edge of this single track road which serves 3 properties. The whole road seems to be cracking up parallel with the edge and slipping gradually into the steep field below (to the south). The potholes have been present since the winter of 2014/15, and cracks in the road surface have been evident since that time and are currently worsening.
