Due to the incredibly bad pot holing and lack of maintenance of this lane it is now very dangerous, especially as there is no street lighting to see the pot holes. There is also erosion at the junction, which makes the lane difficult to turn into. I have a B & B business and am now suffering cancellations due to having to inform prospective guests of the state of the lane. It has taken months to even receive one acknowledgement from the council of the problem.
