Grass on Roundabout needs cutting, 6th June
The grass has grown to a level that has become dangerous. You no longer have a clear view of traffic when Driving or as a pedestrian trying to cross the highway. Its an Accident waiting to happen.

Defamation of character by Local Parish Council, 18th January
The landlord that we rent part of his land has put in for change of use so we can store building materials as well as agricultural. Planning PA22/10400 . The local Parish Council have objected because of the problems with previous tenant which was understandable , we moved to site 1/10/2022. The Parish Council have put in a false statement at about our business saying we have been fined for illegal tipping and had a massive fine we have asked them to retract statement with a public apology. We are taking legal advice but concerned it will hinder our landlords application.

Grass too long, 23rd June
On the Hatt round about and approaching roads the grass is just too long. It is difficult to see around the entrances/exits when you are joining the main road. Can it be trimmed back to allow vehicles, who pay road tax to contribute to the upkeep of the roads, to use this junction safely.

Overgrown verges and grass, 22nd June
Unable to push a pram through these paths due to overgrown edges. Also very difficult to push a pram through the long grass on one side up near the roundabout. There are also stinging nettles causing many children to be stung on the trip to and from the school bus collection point and/or walk in a road to avoid the stinging nettles.

There is a short stretch of road where the tar has melted and the road has become damaged as car tyres have stripped the top surface. It is slowly getting worse, repair needed.

Repait toroad with patching has damaged water main., 6th May
Patching work was carried out 2 weeks ago but Cormac damage a water main which has been leaking now for 2 weeks, is anyone going to do something about it, I hate to think how many litres of water have been lost!

Exposed manhole cover, 19th January
The manhole at this position has tarmac breaking up around it and is likely to cause car damage or cause an accident. There is a real problem with drainage here as well as when it rains heavy the water covers out of the manhole in a fountain and even lifts the manhole cover. The drains need sorting as well as the disintegrating road.

Potholes, 19th January
The road into Botus Fleming is disintegrating rapidly. At the point indicated there is a rapidly growing pothole. This has been repaired before by Cormac but the quality of the repairs have been poor so within weeks it is disintegrating again. There will be car tyre damage or suspension damage or even an accident here if nothing is done soon!
