Slippery surface, 31st July
Road surface causes vehicle to lose traction and swerve into hedgerow. This has occurred three times with 3 different drivers in the last 6 weeks. The road has been damp on each occasion and our drivers have been driving at an appropriate speed for the prevailing conditions. We have dashcam footage of the last incident if that helps.

Standing water on bend at the bottom of the hill, 6th November
Regular flooding occuring on the bend as you round the corner up to the overtaking lanes heading eastbound towards Landrake. Appears to be worse since new road surfacing. When the water recedes appears to be due to blocked ditch from the anti-slip surface excess gathering at the bottom of the hill.
