Water, 12th November
The new owner now has a shower in the garden which is draining onto the footpath to the beach. Due to the time of year there is a build up of leaves which the water is wetting and sticking to the path, making a slip hazard. Also if it is used in winter, there could be an ice problem.

Fishing nets and floats on Seaton Beach, 5th March
Large accumulation of fishing net, floats and weights washed up on Seaton Beach. Four of us dragged it as near to the beach cafe as possible but could not get it across the river as the water was too fast and deep. If not recovered it will be washed back in the sea and continue to ghost fish and foul boat props.

Water running down road 70% of time, 17th September
There appears to be a spring that has started running out of a pot hole. After rain water runs out of this and down the road for approximately 20m into a drain outside our house (Apple Tree Cottage). The water probably runs 60 - 70% of the time. It is a nuisance and dangerous in icy conditions. The issue has been present since we moved in 1 year ago but perhaps longer.

Entrance to Keveral Lane , Seaton, 23rd June
Hedges extremely overgrown at entrance to Keveral Lane.Hedge protrudes at least 2 foot into road. Unable to pass when cars parked on opposite side of road without driving through hedge, causing damage to vehicles.

Since the original fittings were replaced more than a week ago the new lights have remained on continuously.
