A small pothole/dip in the road that stretches across the road, causing some problems to smaller vehicles or trailers being towed. Has been reported previously but Highways do not consider it a problem but repeated requests from small car owners etc

Private parking, 23rd September
There is a major issue with people who are using the allotments and the lawns to walk there dogs they always park in this residential parking space. We could use some signage from yourself put at the top entrance of the lawns reminding people that this is a private parking bay and not to park there

Grass needs cutting, 5th July
The grass here needs cutting. It is nearly 4ft high in places and is a disgrace. It is encouraging anti social behaviour as people are letting their dogs run around in it and conveniently not seeing when their dog fouls the area as it is ‘hidden in the grass’. Litter has increased as its seen as a waste land.
Leaving it to nature is all very well but this is just an unsightly mess and I doubt the rabbits and harvest mice of the world will make there way through a concrete jungle to get here when there are far more suitable parks and woods nearby for them.

Graduate on the south side of the speed bump is to severe and is inconsistent to all of the other speed bumps, 9th January
The south side of the speed bump has a too severe incline / decline and it feels like you are driving off a kerb even at 10mph. This is completely inconsistent to the other speed bumps and creates thuds on the suspension of cars. These speed bumps were refurnished but and surface dressed but this particular speed bump is not right

Double yellow parking, 13th December
Been parked on a double yellow on this road every day for months. Always on a corner and the bus cannot get through, a fire engine will not get through for sure. It has a blue badge but it's there every day and night without fail. Station road, Plymouth pl2 1nf

Overgrown hedge, 28th April
Kensa House, Buller Road, Torpoint, PL11 2LD. This house hedge is very overgrown, approximately 2-2 1/2 feet, and blocking the access with prams / wheelchairs. Even when this owner trims this hedge they still leave it over 1 foot covering pathway access. This happens all the time. These photos are not even the worst it has ever been. This is make even worse when a van parks partially on pavement meaning pedestrians, including children have to walk in the roadway. Can you please inform resident that the hedge should be flush with their boundary wall at all times.

Corner Gutter Stone Repair Failed, 18th March
Previously reported and ‘fixed’ gutter stone on inner bend now rocks a good 4 inches up and down at each end like a see-saw.
Previous repair of simply shoving a small bit of cement in the gap has unsuprisingly failed. Needs proper work to lift out and re seat in postion.

Street lights not working, 23rd February
Since road works to install broadband 3 weeks ago (contractors have dug up all streets in Torpoint since January), we have had no street lighting at all. Not just one light but the whole part of our street is still out and there are elderly people living here.

Large van parked over footway on corner obstructing footway for pushchairs, wheelchairs and people wigh walking aids., 29th September
This van has now been 'abandoned' rather than correctly parked for two days. Pedestrians having to step into road to get round it.

Gutter stone slabs very loose, 15th July
These two gutter stone slabs on the corner are very loose and bounce up when you drive over them causing each end to rise out of the ground. The corner is tight and multiple lorries and the bin and recycling lorries constantly mount the kerb here causeing more damage each week.
