Footbridge over river has had footings eroded following recent floods, 23rd March
There is fairly significant erosion of the riverbank and footings of the bridge following the recent floods. There are also signs of the bridge deteriorating with cracks and the start of rotting wood. This is a very well used footpath route. Repair of the footpath and embankment is needed and an assessment of the integrity of the bridge.

From junction of High Street Carlby, wth the A6121, travelling south to the Old School Hous, at the bottom of the hill., 22nd March
The footpath has deteriorated to a disgusting level, that it is now impassable on a mobility scooter. A neighbour, who has one leg, travels to Stamford weekly for his shopping, on his scooter. He now hs to use the main A6121 for his journey, because the footpath is not usable, and in a dangerous condition - even for pedestrians! I went along it today on my scooter, and struggled to pass through the worst bits.

Dangerous, 22nd March
The footpath parallel to the A6121, from the junction with High Street Carlby, past the junction with the Greatford road, all the way down to the Old School House, is in a disgusting state. I am disabled, and use a mobility scooter. It is unsafe to use this path. The surface is in complete disrepair, and overgrown. I dare not use it. South Holland are currently revamping all their footpaths, why can't SKDC?

The road is circa 70% flooded following moderate rain for the day, 10th March
I report this issue regularly, it is believed that the highways drain is partly collapsed here as it floods across the road pretty much every time we get even moderate rain. This issue was closed earlier in the year citing exceptional weather, it was closed again a few weeks ago citing that the outfall may be backed up. This drain is at least 10m above the outfall point at the stream and is also connected to the other highways drains in the village (that are not flooding). There is a structural fault here that needs cctv inspecting to diagnose. Property gardens are again starting to flood directly as a result of this.
