Silver Ford Focus been parked mounting the footway and on the road for months. Vehicle is obstructing the footway, is untaxed and has no MOT. I'm assuming it must be abandoned as it has been there for months.

Stones on verges, 19th March
Stones have been put along the grass verge at the first corner of Russell Hill. Is this permitted please? I don’t know who owns the verges, I assume City Council. The stones are there I assume to stop cars/lorries damaging the verge. It’s effectively a single track road and the stones are on a bend. Please confirm it this is permissible. Rubbish in the village, 17th March
A resident has been tidying up near the allotments and has found a mound of rubbish that is rat infested just outside of the boundary and behind number 6 & 7 Grange Park (as per photo). Can I report it to be cleared at all??
Also somebody has dumped a cooker opposite the Church at the junction of Church Road/ Hall Lane.
